Evaluations can also be performed by external evaluation facilities that proved their technical competence and compliance to relevant standards (depend on the concrete certification program) by a licence and an accreditation.
General requirements for the recognition of evaluation facilities by Certification Body of Telekom Security (former Certification Body of T-Systems). If an evaluation facility possesses already a suitable recognition / accreditation, issued by a recognised Body, a simplified licensing procedure can be applied.
